Just wanted to give a plug for American Airlines and their new roomier cabins. I’ve been seeing their television commercials for a while now, but figured that, like most advertising, it was all bollocks. Not so! Spouse and I just flew UK-US and back, and were very pleased with the extra space. Even tall, spindly Spouse could sit fairly comfortably in a normal way, rather than stretching his legs out into the aisle. Now if they could just do something about the coffee …
