Hey, i recently went over to Germany to Oktoberfest, and flew first class the whole way and paid a coach ticket.

Here is how. Since they did not sell all of the first class/business seats, they then move people up based on request, milage, etc.

Now, i do have miles on the airline that i took but only about 30-40K…nothing big, but here is the kicker…YOU HAVE TO DRESS PROFESSIONAL, AND LOOK PROFESSIONAL!!

A guy who was going as well (not a friend, just another dude), both went up asking at separate times. I got it, and he didn’t.

I was wearing a collared shirt, with black pants, nice shoes, and looked nice.

He was wearing a t-shirt, jeans, tennis shoes.

i spoke with a stewardess (flight attendent…what ever…) and asked her if there was some special reason why i got the up grade and that other guy didn’t.

I guess they didn’t want just anybody sitting up there beside those who paid full price and looking like non business clothing.

I am not a professional businessman, but i know some of the tricks in getting bumped up!

Give it a try.

cheers.
