Your Eurail Pass should entitle you to a Eurostar discount. You may be eligible for a youth fare. And travelling off-peak (generally mid-week, mid-afternoon) is often reduced fare.

The Eurostar departs London, Waterloo Station; arriving Paris, Gare du Nord.
