Footwear advice
Fri, 06/22/2007 - 22:51
Heading to Europe in Aug, will spend 1 week in portugal, 3 weeks in England with family, this first month is hostel free. After that im hosetling for about a month, or month and a half depending on how i can stretch the dollar, so i may end up going into october.
I dont really have any great walking shoes so im going to have to pick a pair up, i was thinking of grabbing a pair of teva sport sandals, but it ma be cold in england and germany in september, so more closed footwear may be better, ill also need some shoes for nite clubs and dinner if i can afford it lol.
Any suggestions?

First, I suggest doing a search. This question has been asked many times.

Wear what you wear now when you want to walk a lot.
Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.
Exactly. Buying special shoes is stupid, just wear what you already have broken in. Unless they’re sandals… you can’t walk very long in sandals in the British autumn rain.
