I’ve been looking for a destination for my summer travels, and am looking for first-hand experiences, tips, and suggestions to help me make my decision.

I’m interested in going anywhere (Africa, Southeast Asia, Carribean, or elsewhere), but here are my general criteria:

-French is spoken in addition to native language (or English, but preferably Francais)
-cheap cheap cheap
-is a common destination for travelers; I’m traveling solo, so I’ll mos def want to meet some others to travel with
-Weather in June-July is not unbearably hot

In my research, I’ve come up with Morocco, Tunisia, French Polynesia, Madagascar, French Guyane, Martenique, Guadeloupe….but I still feel like I know so little about each place.
