Hello. I am thinking of spending a month traveling through England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. I am traveling with my boyfriend and was wondering if it would be cheaper to rent a car than buying a bus or rail pass. Is gas really expensive there? Are the roads good for driving? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
