Anyone been? I’m thinking about going for perhaps a week. I know that I want to see Antigua and that it’s an easy bus ride from Guatemala City, and I also know that I definitely want to see Tikal, which is a long way from Antigua in the opposite direction. How are flights from G.C. to Tikal? Prices? Any suggested itineraries for 8 days? What’s the bandito situation like for a single backpacker?
