Hannover Help!
Mon, 04/19/2010 - 09:32
Hello,
we will only have a few hours in Hannover. We are coming from Amsterdam and will arrive early afternoon and must leave around 5 pm to catch the next train.
We are stopping in to see Hannover War Cemetary.
I was able to find it on the map. Seems like it is fairly easy to get to, just not sure what mode of transportation to take. Is there anyone familier with the city? Not sure if there is a train we can take, or if we should go by bus….Since we do not have much time, we just need to get there quickly! I cannot seem to find a Hannover rail map that can show me where the trains stop, etc.
My great grandfathers grave is there, and I hope we can find it!
I am leaving from Canada with $5000 for 38 days

Ok so I found the map! It looks like I would stop at Ahlem stop right? Then can we walk from there? Or I guess take a bus. Hard to judge how far it actually is. Since we do not have much time in the city I think that is why I am making sure we know exactly where to go!
