Help me decide! Have you stayed at either the Fattoria Del Bassetto hostel or the Heart of Tuscany hostel? I need feedback!

I would like to stay three nights at one of these in May. What I’m looking for is to spend some time in the countryside, maybe with a daytrip to a hill town. I’d really like to rent a bike and just ride around the countryside, or just walk around and explore.

These hostels look comparable. They are around the same price. One is near a vineyard and one an olive grove. Both near hill towns and actually very near each other. So I’m looking for help from anyone who has been there.

The one plus that I see from looking at Fattoria Bassetto is that I think I can take a train to Certaldo and walk to the hostel from there and arrive the morning of 23 May. With Heart of Tuscany, it looks like I would have to take a train to Pistoia and take the shuttle the night of the 23rd to the hostel. Please tell me if I have this all wrong.
