I’m headed off to Thailand at the end of August, and I’m thinking of taking a side trip of about 7-10 days to Cambodia. Has anyone been there? I’d probably fly into SR, hang out and see Angkor Wat for a few days, take the boat to PP, spend a day or so there, then head down to Sihanoukville for a day or so.

I’m undecided as to whether to head back to Bangkok ( I really hate backtracking) or crossing over to Saigon and spending a few days there before heading home.

Has anyone been to Cambodia? Any suggestions/input? Help!
