After several Europe trips I have decided to cross the pond and see what America has to offer. I have two months (9 weeks) to travel for next summer. I`ve always taken the train in Europe but what is the best way to get around over there? I guess I`ll have to fly longer distances but that will add to the cost. What are the trains like in the US? As comprehensive as Europe? Also heard bad things about Greyhound buses, are they safe?
Does any one know of any site that sells cheap internal flights?
