how long for Rail Pass to arrive?

Hey

I can’t seems to find anywhere that tells me when my Rail pass will arrived after i booked it from the Railsaver tool. I bought swiss flexi pass for 2 and it only says DHL international, no tracking no dates. First time booking through this site so i am abit worried about whether is it safe.

This may already be somewhere on the receipt which i probably just missed it, but appreciate if someone advise on this?

Have anyone booked a rail pass here before? please help to respond. Getting worried as i did not receive any response from email or the forum although Payment was promptly charged when i did the booking.

You’ve probably already done both, but…
Try e-mailing to: rail@eurotrip.com

Check around your front door (or wherever deliveries show up) for a delivery notice. Passes are delivered via secure shipping. Someone has to sign for them, so if no one was home….

They did email me with some questions which i replied 3 days ago however the order was still not processed, i emailed them back to ask for a delivery date but had not received a response. I am leaving in 4 days time and the long delay is worrying. The lady that i responsed to is beth king.
