Some people have mentioned that they really slimmed down during their backpacking excursions. Some of the weightloss was really dramatic ( ie. Kahunna ) I’m just curious to know how much you guys lost while you were in Europe and have you kept it off? As for me, I probably lost about 20 pounds in the first four of five weeks of my trip through Western Europe a few years ago, only to gain quite a bit of it back in my last week, when my friends in Scotland who we were staying with started feeding us things like roasted lamb.
Second time around I lost 14 pounds, when I was living in Bristol. Kept it off for about 2 months until I got back in the Hagen Daaz again.
Mmmmm…Hagen Daaz…
