I am headed on a 90 day trip and just realized that British Airway’s world traveler class is only allowed one piece of carry-on luggage that cannot weigh more than 13lbs (dimensions 22 × 16 × 8 ins). My problem is is of course the weight my pack it fits the carry-on dimensions, but weighs around 29 pounds fully packed. How’s anyone flown with BA lately and if so were they picky about the weight of a carry on bag if it falls within the mentioned dimensions??
My pack empty weighs around 4.7 pounds, and I am down to pretty much bare essentials with my gear at 29 pounds?

There was an old post asking about BA limits but it dealt more with checkin luggage rather than carryon.
THANKS!
