Hi

I’m planning on riding my motorcycle through Austria, Hungary and Serbia overnight on my way down to Istanbul.

I’ll be taking the main E75 route all the way. Are the service stations on the E75 open overnight in Hungary and Serbia, as the bike only has a fuel range of about 150 miles.

Will this be possible?

Any advice would be great…

Cheers

Matt

Good question…and it seems a pretty important one!  I don’t have a clue, but here’s a bump for you.

I am leaving from Seattle with $13000 for 367 days

In Hungary, yes. In Serbia, dunno. Last time I was there, in 2004, I was travelling by a car from Budapest to Belgrade via Rözske/Horgoš border crossing. When we entered Serbia, there were very few gas stations, far away between each other. Maybe thats better now. But I don’t know about the opening/closing time, since we traveled during daytime. Anyway be sure to fill it full on the last gas station in Hungary (outskirts of Szeged city).

If you have any questions about Prague or Czech and Slovak republics, ask me.
If you only want to search train or bus connection within Czech&Slovakia and/or to neighboring countries, use www.cp.sk or www.idos.cz search engines. For domestic transport, they also show prices.
