so, I need to buy a one way ticket from FCO (Rome) to JFK (New York), and I can’t find anything that cheap enough.  I keep getting all these notifications of cheap flights to europe, but none for cheap flights to the US, and I was wondering, in Italy are they getting notifications of cheap flights to the US?  Is there an Italian website that I can go to where I can buy a ticket to the US, perhaps they have fares I’m not aware of? Just a curiosity, Thanks!

Yeh, you can use ITA, consolidators, and BookingBuddy like suggested in the new user thread, and for Euro-originating flights, I would also add Kelkoo’s flight shopper, and www.ebookers.com There are Kelkoo shopping sites for various countries. For Italy it’s http://viaggi.kelkoo… with an option for “Solo andata” search. This will search Opodo, Lastminute, Alitalia, and several others, all with one input of cities and date(s)—much like BookingBuddy.

ITA found $368 USD one way on March 26 air Air Comet via Madrid.
