Most people won’t be able to answer these questions, unless they’ve lived in either of these cities or stayed there for a pretty extended period of time. Even so, bars and especialy clubs come and go. I’m not familiar with these cities, but someone who is should be able to recommend certain districts of the city, rather than specific bars or clubs. My advice: just arrive there, and ask the locals. The other young people working at the hostels you stay at should be a good source of information.
