So, I’m heading off in a month and a half, and gotta mail my passport for my visa to India. Since I’m not sure when I’ll actually get there, I’m opting for the 5 year, $150 visa, so it’ll still be valid if I go next october or something.
but, I’ve got some questions.
On the visa it asks for the port of arrival…but what if I come in a different way than I originally planned? It also asks for 2 references, one in India and one here. Well, I don’t know anyone in India! Should I leave it blank?
Also, do I need proof of a return ticket? cuz I’m going to be in India for however long, then up to Nepal for some trekking, and then back to India for however long, and then back to europe….so, i don’t want to get a round trip ticket if I won’t use it.
whew
this is starting to stress me out.
