I don’t know where else to post this so please bear with me. I have been having problems with an inner ear infection (mostly vertigo) for the past 6 weeks and am supposed to fly to Ireland in less than 5 weeks. I am becoming extremely concerned about the effect that the cabin pressure and altitude will have on an already precarious condition. Does anyone have any experience with this and tips to share to make the flight a little more comfortable? So far the only thing that helps with the vertigo is valium and I really don’t want to resort to that while traveling. Thanks in advance for any replies.
