What’s the fastest and cheepest way to go from Paris to Dublin? I have a railpass so I was wondering if it’s better to buy an extra ticket to go by train or to buy a plane ticket.

thxs!

Plane is probably going to be cheapest.  Your railpass will give you a 50% discount on the ferry from France to Ireland, but you still have to take the train from Paris to Roscoff and from Rosslaire to Dublin. You can usually find a flight that’s cheaper than that.  Try Ryan air.

I concur with mim: I believe RyanAir flys from Paris (NOT CDG, NOT Orly) to Dublin, but they use the airport Lindburgh flew into (le Bourget?).
You can probably get more info on the web about an Irish Pub in Paris where you can catch a connecting Bus to the airport for RyanAir flights.
