Hi everyone!

I’ve been fortunate enought to travel to Europe the past two summers, and am trying to plan another trip this summer. The first time I went, I was on a tour. Very scheduled, strict rules. Not flexible at all, it was great to get a feel for some of the cities, but I want to be able to experience more of the culture. The second time I went, I was an exchange student for 5 weeks in Southern France.

The unique thing about this trip is that due to my exchange last summer, I have friends in 3 cities in Europe that I am visiting, Carlow, Ireland; Beaulieu sur Mer, France; and Regensburg, Germany. We also wanted to go to Skopje, Macedone because we have friends there too, but I think that’s a little to difficult.

So here are the places we want to visit:

Carlow, Ireland
Dublin
London
Paris
Barcelona
Madrid (?)
Nice/Monaco
Rome
Venice (?)
Florence (?)
Regensburg, Germany
Munich
Prague

Like I said before, we have lodging in 3 cities. However, I also want to go to Switzerland again, it was my favorite country I went to, but I don’t know what city to stay in. Previously, I stayed in Champery, and also visited Montreux and Zermatt. Is Switzerland a feasible choice?

As to the cities with question marks, I basically need to figure out whether or not it is possible to work them into our itinerary, and if they are worth it.

And one last question, out of a group of 6-8 people, two of us will only be 17 during travel. Actually, I will turn 18 halfway through the trip, but another will not. Are we going to run into trouble when trying to book hostels?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! We have a LOT of planning to do and we are quite confused. Thanks!
