I am considering leaving the US for good. My question is, what are the job prospects like in european or australia, new zealand for professors? I am german/philosophy major and I am currently mainly thinking about germany, switzerland, austria, norway, finnland, iceland, sweden, new zealand, austrialia, or maybe some random island in the south pacific. I am open to learning as many languages as possible and I have a general love for it. Is it worth it to stay and go to grad school at princeton or stanford or something? Or would it just be easier to transfer now ? (i am a junior undergraduate at Reed college)
