um…I hate starting a completely new thread, but…

I was going to ask my pharmacist about this anyway, but I was wondering if there’s anything harmful about taking sleeping pills while also taking birth control.
Obviously I’ve never used sleeping pills before…so I was just curious as to see if there were any fellow women traveller’s out there who are familiar with this.

BTW: I was just thinking about taking something non-perscription. I think it’s called Sleep-Eze.
