Not exactly, but there are some other options that might work for you…..

1.  First check the websites that sell passes.  Most ship the same day you order and many offer overnight or other express shipping.  www.railpass.com offers express shipping. 

2.  You can also buy a pass as a walk-in at a few travel agencies.  Rick Steves’ Seattle agency and some STA travel agencies sell them.  Also check the “where to buy” in North America at www.eurail.com  and call those agencies if there’s one in your area.  Most travel agencies get their passes from a super agency, so don’t have them “in stock” but you might luck out and find one that sells passes directly in your area.

2.  If you have an address (like your hotel in Europe) some websites will ship internationally. www.railpass.com is one that I know of.

3.  You can buy the eurail passes (but not some of the single country passes) in Europe.  They cost 20% more than in the US, but that may still be cheaper than international or express shipping.   They’re only sold at a few locations, but there’s at least one in each major city (including London).  Check “where to buy” at www.eurail.com
