ljubljana/zagreb to frankfurt
Mon, 06/28/2010 - 08:47
We (2 of us) are trying to get back to Frankfurt airport quickly from the Adriatic coast. We would love to spend more time in montenegro and croatia instead of taking long expensive trains back to Frankfurt airport. We will be up around the northern adriatic toward the end of our trip. Thank you in advance.
I am leaving from frankfurt, germany with $3000 for 41 days

Have you tried to links and strategies in our new user thread? What’s the best you found, and where did you check—so we do not repeat efforts?
Here’s a quick look for you: http://www.skyscanne… – from Slovenia

Note: the Ryanair flights go to Hahn, not FRA. There is a bus connecting these airports.
EuropeByAir has some on it’s flight pass program for $99+tax one-way. http://www.europebya…
Finally, Adria Airways seem to have some published one-way fares from Ljubljana to FRA around $112 tax incl. in the last half of July (I didn’t check Aug.-wasn’t sure your exact travel date). I’ve flown Adria; it’s a good little airline, and earns Star Alliance miles.
Don, thanks for the help! Do you know how often the bus runs from Hahn to FRA…and how much it cost? Found a great deal from Pula but cutting it kinda close.
