I am writing this post to correct a mistake that I found.
Other messages on the board and even a friend of mine very inducing me and other users of this board to think that a bed at Lucky Youth, the Paris accomodation for backpackers and travellers alike in Parisian apartments, needed to be booked months in advance! This were actually the exact words used in another post in the hostel section of the board.
Well, despite people told me it was all full, I checked again! And Eloise, the super cool manager, told me that there is still plenty of availability!!!!
As a matter of fact I contacted her one week ago and wanted a bed for July. Everybody told no chance, but instead the hostel at that time was booked only until June 12th!!! I booked today my nights at Lucky Youth and I know there is space.
So, if you were thinking that checking out a Parisian apartment would be cooler than another hostel, go for it and check out their site: www.luckyyouth.com
Also, Eloise would like you to know this: (I am quoting from the email I got form her)
I am correcting this mistake not because I will get anything in return but just because this particular accomodation has been the hot topic of the hostels in Paris for a while now, especially on this board. I think it could be beneficial to other people to know that there are plenty of spots if they want to go for it!!!
See you there!
