My railpass

Ok so i know this isnt the place to ask this question but im getting a little desperate. I purchased two railpasses from this website about 2 weeks ago and i havent received anything in the mail yet, a confirmation email, or anything. Just the charge on my credit card. I emailed the feedback address and no one has responded yet. But i leave for europe in 2 weeks and i dont know how im supposed to receive the railpasses. Am i supposed to get it in the mail? Am i supposed to pick it up in europe? I have no idea. So if someone that knows could help me, that would be great. Thanks.

I tried sending a PM to the administrators, but they don’t accept PMs, so I e-mailed the link to this to every @eurotrip.com I could find in my address book.
Whoa—that is kinda scary. Generally speaking, you should get the passes in your mail fairly soon after ordering them. I’ve ordered a couple of different ways, and it’s never taken very long. And as far as I know, it might be illegal or at least, “against the rules” for you to pick them up in Europe, even if that WAS what is going on. But I’m pretty sure it isn’t. Sounds like some kind of clerical error or whatever you wanna call it. Wires crossed or something.

Zwinger — I checked our feedback and saw that you emailed us on Friday night. Sorry nobody has gotten back to you yet. I’m not sure why you didn’t get a receipt, but I will email the people who deal with this personally and get back to you. No worries about your pass, you will get it in time. Again, sorry for the mis-communication!

I will look into why you did not get a receipt because you should have gotten one right away. Make sure it is not in your spam folder just in case, but I am pretty sure it shouldn’t be. If for some reason it did go into your spam folder I would want to look on our end to see if I have any control over that, so let me know.

yea i dont know what happened but i dont show anything for that date or time? It may have been a problem on my end, just no email. But its totally ok and im sure ill get a receipt tomorrow and my passes here real soon. Thanks again for quick responses. Huge help.
