The best way to get between Venice and Nice? AlpiEagles flight (any issues with this airline I should know about)? Another airline (if there is one)?

How do you get between two airports in Paris, CDG to ORY? How do you set up an airport transfer? I read on an earlier post it was about $10 to transfer between airports but not who does it or how/where to set it up.

Does anyone have experience with flying Volareweb and what did you think of them?
