I am renting my studio apartment during octoberfest 2011 (17.9.2011-3.10.2011).

Location:
Close to Munich city center (Rotkreuzplatz). There are several restaurants, beergardens, and supermarkets near-by. A hospital, post office, department store, taxis and banks as well as the subway station are also within two minutes walking distance. There is a laundry facility right next to the apartment and a private car park is available. To the octoberfest it takes only a few stops by subway.

Details:
The studio is 28 sqm including a balcony and is suitable for 2 people (3 people can fit but then it’s a bit packed). There is a double bed and a mattress can be provided for an extra person. Linens and Towels are available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

Price:
70 euro pp per night and 40 euro pp per night for a 3rd person (minimum 2 night stay).
Discount for a week rental (800 Euro for 2 people for a week – 7 days; 1100 Euro for 3 people).
A deposit of 300 EUR is required, which will be returned on departure if no damage has been done.

To secure the apartment a 50% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer would be required upon booking.
