this summer i’ll be traveling through europe for the first time, with my 20 year old sister (I’m 18F). we looking into a night train from paris to florence, but are concerned about the safety. i’ve heard stories about thieves on night trains, but i’ve also heard more violent stories, most of which happen to young, sleeping females. i’m wondering about precautions we should take, beyond just protecting valuables. Are night trains something we should just avoid altogether?
