I can’t help with any of the cities you mentioned, as being here in Italy for the past year, I have still to visit them, but in general the nightlife in Italy, not during the summer is very calm on the weekdays and picks up friday and saturday nights.

Somewhere like Rimini would be the exception but then again you are very likely to find a comfortable pub to spend the night in.
