Nine week trip. What to bring?

Hello. I will be arriving in Paris on September 12 and departing nine weeks later on November 13. During that time I will travel throughout Spain, France and Italy. While I have read different lists of things/clothing to bring, I would like the benefit of the experience of those well travelled. Also, it is my intention to carry everything in a pack (no preference as to carry-on or check-in) and stay in hostels. So, if you were going to be in my shoes — nine weeks in Spain, Italy and France, from Sept. 12 to Nov. 13 — please tell me exactly what you would bring and what quantity. Thank you for your guidance.
For some reason my question isn’t being answered. So, if you’re reading my post and don’t feel like answering, maybe you can point me in the direction of another post that lists the type of clothing to bring during fall/autumn and maybe a post on how many clothes, etc. to bring on a two month trip. Thanks.
I’m not 100% sure what to bring when I go overseas. But I’m guessing most people are going to say pack light. There’s nothing like carrying a whole bunch of stuff that your never going to use.

Don’t pack heavier because it’s a two month trip, just plan on doing laundry more often. I’d pack 2 sweaters, one light jacket, 4 underwear, 4 shirts, 4 pairs of socks, small bag of toiletries.
what would you bring for bottoms SSSSSSSSSS ?. how many shorts and how many pairs of pants would you bring ?
2-3 pairs of pants. Also 2 bras (optional if you’re a guy)
