or brainwashed to the extreme.  Saw this special on Nat. Geo. tonight, some eye doctor from Nepal goes to Pyongyang to perform like 1000 cataract surgeries, one of those reporter chicks goes along to document the good deed.  Of course they are accompanied by guards 24/7, so not much behind the curtain stuff.

But what really struck me is after the surgery, the doctor takes the bandages off the blind people, as soon as they realize they have sight, every one of them runs to the picture of Kim Jong-ll, bursting into tears, weaping, praising, and giving thanks to the Great Leader for giving them their sight back.  Not a single person even acknowledged the doctor.  One guy was so greatful he promised to get a gun and shoot all of the americans.

Its just downright disturbing, an entire country of people who don’t have a normal function in world society.  Their top priorities are 1) love the Great Leader, 2) hate america, 3) kill americans, 4) find some food and water.  I know some extreme islamic ideals might not be that different, but it seems that if Kim Jong suddenly told them “kill for me” these people would go absolutely crazy to do it.

Where’s the article?

Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.

I don’t see a problem, it’s because of the great leader these blokes are able to get their eyes fixed, not some do-good doctor.

I do not even have to read the entire thing, or see any kind of report to GUARANTEE this is a Gov’t driven scam by that Nut-Job (KJ-Very Ill)…  Since they got busted printing millions & millions of counterfeit USD’s, and we confiscated everything they had, he has gotten even more brash, more broke, and more crazy.. N. Korean currency is not only running dry, it’s worthless on the world trade mkt’s…People worry about the N. Korean’s having Nuke’s, mostly because KJL-Ill is indeed mentally unstable…  And that’s putting it mildly.  However, if they were to launch a nuke and it went anywhere near the Japan or Chinese mainlands, N. Korea would be wiped-off the map.  They have no money or resources to last in a conventional war for more than 4 to 6 months.  That in mind; Boy-Ill is getting desperate to keep the support of even the most brain-washed, fear-driven, delerious from starvation civilians.

I am leaving from EWR with $4000 for 9 days

i hope this is sarcasm?? but anyways ive heard stories of north koreans escaping to south korea and just bursting into tears at the realization of how brainwashed and horrible their lives in north korea are. i think if we do someday go to war with north korea (technically we never ended the war we had with them 50 years ago…), we would destroy them, and for the better.

Sunskin talking shite again.

The German intelligence service have published reports that the fake currency isn’t
Korean in origin and the level of sophistication is too great for a bankrrupt thrid world
nation.

The cash is actually CIA printed cash: Selling weapons sends their key backers to jail and could bring
down presidents so what better way to fund these black bag jobs is with dodgy banknotes:

Quote:
But according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine, a respected German paper, their source may in fact be far closer to home than most people suspected [Translation by Watching America] …

The American secret service, the CIA, could be responsible for manufacturing the nearly-perfect counterfeit 50 and 100-dollar-notes that Washington pins on the terror regime of North Korea. The charge comes after an extensive investigation in Europe and Asia by the Sunday edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung of Frankfurt, and after interviews with counterfeit money experts and leading representatives of the high-security publishing industry. […]

The administration of George W. Bush officially accused Pyongyang of the deed in the autumn of 2005, derailing Six-Party Talks on Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons program. Since then, tensions on the Korean Peninsula have increased considerably. America charges that North Korea is financing its rocket and nuclear weapons program with the counterfeit “Supernotes.”

North Korea is one of the world’s poorest nations and lacks the technological capability to produce notes of such high quality. According to the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung, North Korea is at present unable to even produce the won [the North Korean currency]. The sources, which do not wish to be identified, allege that the CIA prints the falsified “Supernotes” at a secret facility near Washington to fund covert operations without Congressional oversight.
