I’m going to study overseas for a year, but will be backpacking for 6 weeks beforehand. So I can’t very well lug the stuff with me.

Sending it via courrier or express mail will cost me a ridiculous amount. What would the cheapest way to send a hockey bag overseas be? One large hockey bag, possibly a smaller bag and my sticks. I’m not too concerned about speed, as I will be spending 6 weeks vagabonding around the western portion of the continent. However, I would like it to arrive before it’s time for me to leave again. I would also like for my equipment to still be functional when it does arrive.
