Hello, I am planning on taking a night train from Bamberg, Germany to Prague. The train goes from Bamberg to Nurnburg, and then I get on another train to Prague. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should expect to pay in reservations/sleeping fees. Would I have to pay two fees, one to reserve the trip to Nurnburg, and one to Prague, and the same with the sleeper or couchette? Also, how much before hand would you recommend reserving and buying this ticket? Thanks
