Ok, so I’ve heard the best thing to do when in Europe is to buy the cheap phone cards in the tobacco shops. My question is, would these cards be used just for calling within that country? Or can they be used for "country hopping"? Just wondering for when I’m Spain and want to call and book a hotsel in Italy…would I use the $5 card I bought in Spain? Or could I use the one I bought several countries back, that still has minutes on it? Just wondering how that all works. And also, what’s the best way to make calls back to the US? With the cheap cards I buy there? Or should I get something like that E-Kit thing in advance?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
