Hi,
I’m not sure if this is the place but I am DESPERATE !!
We purchased 5 tickets to THE PRODIGY @ BERLIN TREPTOW ARENA, 25/11
from the known German site, Trinity Tickets.
It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, and we didn’t even get an email from them!!
We mailed them about 7 emails to the help & service section and no response,
and the money is gone!
It is said in the bank that the money is paid, but no tickets, no eTickets, no answers
via email, NOTHING !
