There’s a huge variation based on where in Europe. $3000 for 34 days should cover you most everywhere, but it’s going to be a budget trip. It won’t cover fancy clubs or a great deal of partying. Food will be mostly markets, street vendors, the occasional tavern or cafe, no real restaurants. You won’t be able to go to every museum or attraction, although being able to take advantage of student admission prices will help.
