My backpack comes with one of those detachable "daypack" backpacks, which is a really great idea, and very handy, but I’m really just not much of a "back pack" person, and wasn’t planning on carrying a backpack-daypack around anyway. I was figuring I would just get a separate shoulder bag type thing. I have two options, and just want to know what people think:
A: A simple cloth, one compartment zip up should hanging bag thing, that I could roll up and stuff in my backpack when "traveling"
B: A bigger, sturdier type of "shoulder" bag, that obvioudly wouldn’t fit in my backpack, but that could carry more "day supplies". That way when I "travel" I would have both my backpack and a shoulder bag. Which could get annoying. But, it would provide more room for day to day stuff, like a rain coat, food, etc.

OR, should I just suck it up and use the backpack/daypack for convenience/size purposes?
