I’m renting my apartment during Oktoberfest.

• - central apartment in Maxvorstadt (less than 1 min. walk to U-Bahn station, see Josephsplatz at google maps)
  - very close to the Oktoberfest (4 U-Bahn stations, less than 10 min. to the fest)
  - suitable for a group of max. 4 people
  - total area 35m2 (380 sq. ft.)
  - small balcony available
  - furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub
  - free internet access, TV, radio, PC
  - bed linen and towels provided
  - many pubs, coffee bars, restaurants, supermarkets, museum, places of interest and entertainment in the vicinity
  - prices: 130 EUR per night for 2 people, 170 EUR per night for 3 people, 200 EUR per night for 4 people
  - deposit of 200 EUR is required (will be returned on departure)
  - price for an one-week rental is negotiable
