I was curious to if it is a better idea to buy individual train tickets ahead of time or not? I’m only going a couple places and I have reservations so I know exactly when I want to travel and I would like to get them ahead of time so I don’t have to deal with it there. Also, I have to transfer trains in Koln and I was wondering if trains are often late or if I would be okay transferring to a train that departs 15 minutes after the arrival of my first.
