I was calculating how much point to point tickets would cost me from one place to another and came upon some price differences. Railsaver.com’s ticket prices were much lower than Rick Steve’s on his Time and Cost Map. His map is suppose to be for 2nd class tickets yet they are more expensive than Railsaver’s 2nd class. Is Railsaver not quoting right or is Rick Steve? Please help me figure this one out because if Rick Steve’s prices are the right ones than it would mean that it would be cheaper for me to get an unlimited pass. If Railsaver’s are right than doing my 14 week Eurotrip with point to point tickets would be the cheaper way. Hope someone can answer this.
