We are 3 students, 2 female and 1 male, who have a room we would like to rent out during Oktoberfest. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood very central in Munich (Steinstraße(81667) ). You can rent it weekly, for a weekend or just for a day or two with a price depending on how long you want to stay. Walking distance to the city center (about 10 min) and also just a one minute walk to the the subway which will take you direcly to the Oktoberfest area in a matter of 5-6 minutes. We speak spanish, swedish, german and of course english and have been living in Munich for over 10 years, so if you want help with anything during your stay that wont be a problem either.

Price depends on number of people and nights but as I put the adds up pretty late this year I can probably offer you a good deal!!!
