Hey everybody!!!

I’m a 24 year ols student from Munich and I d like to rent my shared flat (walk-through) room during the Oktoberfest 2010 because I am on holiday at that time.

It is a beautiful 18 sq.m room with a twin bed and a sofa.
The appartment is shared with 3 other housemates and about 80 sq.m big.
You can use the kitchen and the toilett of course and feel at home Smile

FACTS:

  • When: 12.9.2010- 25.9.2010 (how long depends on your plans, st between 4-14 days)
  • What: Shared flat room (attention: walk-through room!!!), linen and towles included, w-lan of course,
  • Where: 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest, 10 minutes to the next station Ostbahnhof,Adress: Orleansstraße,81669 Munich
  • Who: 1-2 Persons (only girls please)
  • Housemates: my twinsister (art student) and her boyfriend, and another 22 year old girl (social work student)—-> speaking english, french and portuguese
  • $$$: 90€ for one person, 120€ for two persons /per day
    (in addition I claim a deposit of 500€ for my own safety Wink

Maybee I should also mention that we have 2 lovely cats in our flat…

Its a good deal, since Hotels are much more expensive and unfriendly or they are even all booked out now.
