This year on July 8th a man named Fermin Exteberria Iraneta was hit by a bull and suffered a fatal head injury. He was in a coma until September 24th when he expired on that day. He was a vetern runner and had been running in Pamplona with the bulls since he was 14 years old. He was from Pamplona, and he was 62 years old. This is a very dangerous thing to do even a seasoned runner of many years was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Think long and hard before you put yourself in this position, and try and find out as much as you can before trying this if you are crazy enough to do so.

Mr Iraneta was the 15th person that has suffered a fatal injury since they have been keeping records of this. It was thought to have only been 13 people(making Mr Iraneta the 14th), but when someone went back over the records, another man was discovered as well. I can not tell you his name at this time. Mr Iraneta is the first death since 1995, the last one being a young american man whom was fatally injuried Matthew Peter Tassio age 22. He was a first time runner. You can read about him on my website www.pamplonaadventur…

MY blessings to both of thier families.
