Hi guys —
What’s the deal on health coverage if you get sick while overseas? I don’t mean just getting a headache or eating one too many schnitzels, but what do you do if you fall off the Alps and break an arm or two? Is it terribly expensive to go to the hospital, or is there some type of travelers health insurance you need to buy before you go? I’m really in the dark about this subject, so any and all advice would be great. I’m particularly interested on what the system is in Italy.
