I am trying to finalize my itinery for my wife’s and I first trip to europe. I have all my transportation booked except our train from paris to london (the last of our two week trip), I need your suggestions; should we stay one extra night in paris or come back to london on the below date, here is our current plan, agian we already have everything booked, but the last train so don’t need suggestions on the other stuff unless you have destination pointers:

Fly to London 9 May
Day in London 10 May
Day In London 11 May
Lon to Edinburgh (train) 12 May
Day in Edinburgh 13 May
Edin to Amsterdam (fly) 14 May
Amsterdam 15 May
Amsterdam 16 May
Ams to Paris (train) 17 May
Paris 18 May
Paris 19 May
Par to London (train) 20 May (Should we stay one more day in paris????)
London 21 May
Lon to Las Vegas (fly) 22 May

Thanks

You can probably leave that open and make your decision after you arrivr in Paris (18 or 19 May).

Personally, I would opt for another day in Paris: I love Paris in the springtime. But I might have an advantage over you: I speak French!

London would be my choice — and I’m fairly fluent in French, love French food, and dearly love other parts of France. However, you really need at least one more day in Paris, London and Edinburgh.

London, You are going to have a long trip back home and if you can remove a leg of the journey the easier it will be. i’ve done it both ways coming home to phoenix and found it much easier to fly from london. All the cities you are visiting are fantastic and all deserve more time.
