what would you reccomend? I can’t sleep well on planes and need to sleep!
My last trans-Atlantic trip I took 3 Benedryl with 2-3 drinks and NO sleep at all.
How much is too much ? I have a friend who takes 7-9 Benedryl routinely, too much?!!?
