Same here, leaving for a short stay at the end of july. Any suggestions/mustsees?

I’m from slovenia, and i can tell you there are a lot of places for partying… actually i wonder, what kind of a person are you?! if you are a little bit alternative, than you probablly have to go to "metelkova city" (part of capital center (ljubljana),where al kinds of people hang around (metal, punk, even emo ).
if you’re interested in more fancy places, than it’s easy to find all kinds of bars, pubs, clubs also in center (tryout "global" and "bachus&quot… and if you want something in between than you should definately visit "kms", "club" for students… sorry my reply is so late, but i just registred few minutes ago.[url=‘http://www.rockonnet.com/koledar-dogodkov.php?id=1’]Here[/url] you have a calendar of concerts and some other activities (pick a month). if you need something to translate, just ask.

I will definitely check out Metelkova City. I’m staying somewhere near the trainstation of Ljubljana, so I guess I won’t be that far from where the action is.
Something I’ve been wondering about: what do I pay for a beer? And what’s a nice place to eat?

Just came back from Slovenia, I really had a great time. Ljubljana, is small, lots of fun, relaxed people, good drinks and food. I really recommend to go there. I should have had some more days in Slovenia… I’ll definitely go back.
