Madrid has the best nightlife on earth.Barcelona is great during the tourist season.But for all year round nightlife(later and louder then anywhere else)Madrid.

I would DEFFINATLY opt for Spain. Both Barcelona and Madrid had better nightlife (a bit more expensive but way more fun) than Prague. I can’t say anything about women because I am one (ok they were hot in both areas )
I didn’t come across much for herb in Prague but Hash was plentiful and smoked openly in spain. (It helps to learn a little Spanish if you wanna get in on it of course)

You didn’t found much of the hearb??? Strange, it’s almost legal there, everybody is smoking it one the streets.

Change your mind, I’ve been living(partying) in Madrid for the past 2 1/2 months and the night life here is badass, I would defiantly make it to madrid if you want to party. The girlies are real nice too!
